The Amity Wealth investment planning process is designed around eight moments of trust. These are:

1. A professional introduction to clients
Our advisor partners will all have confirmed their disclosure requirements in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act.

2. Obtaining relevant client information
Since our value proposition is client-centred, we cannot enter into a professional relationship with any client if we do not fully understand his/her financial position, financial needs and objectives.

3. Defining and establishing the professional relationship

In the interest of all our partners, all our professional relationships are defined and established by way of a written client request, instruction or service-level agreement.

4. Conducting a financial analysis and designing the financial solution(s)
Subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement between our advisor partners and their clients, an analysis will be conducted and a personalised financial solution will be designed based on the client’s unique financial needs and objectives.

5. Presenting our proposed solution
After conducting the financial analysis and preparing a written proposal, our advisor partners will present the proposed solution to the client. During this meeting the proposal is given to the client for his/her consideration.

6. From proposal to agreement
If the client accepts our proposal and agrees to its essential terms, it will be formalised as a written agreement, and the client will receive a copy.

7. Implementing the financial solution(s)
After the agreement has been signed, the solution will be implemented in accordance with any specific requests or instructions from the client.

8. Monitoring the plan
Our value proposition is much more than a one-off financial transaction. The essence of our value proposition lies in the reliance and trust we place in our advisors over the long term.

This includes ongoing monitoring, reporting, advice and rendering a quality service. We know that if we take care of our advisor partners, our business will continue to prosper.
